Yen (Ian) Tang

Ian graduated from the University of South Australia in 2012.

He has spent the last 10+ years working across numerous areas of physiotherapy including private practice, sports, musculoskeletal, aged and community care. His extended study in Pilates and Mindfulness has helped develop his expert interest in ongoing long-standing complex cases.

Ian uses a wide variety of treatment techniques including cupping therapy, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation, leaving no stone unturned in getting his clients the best outcomes.  Ian is highly experienced in helping many people from all walks of life, whether it’s the weekend warrior to high level athletes.

He has also provided supervision and mentoring to undergraduate students and allied health assistants.

Having experienced numerous back, shoulder and ankle injuries through sport, Ian knows exactly what it takes to get back to doing the things we love in life.

Ian is currently the physiotherapist at the Calvary Adelaide Hospital, and having also previously worked with Adelaide United Reserves Soccer Team and South Australian Amateur Football League Division 1 Payneham Norwood Union Football Club

Grace graduated from the University of South Australia in 2021.

She has spent the last 4+ years working across numerous areas of physiotherapy including visiting people in their homes, hospital inpatient rehabilitation, private practice, sports, musculoskeletal, aged and community care. Her extended study in Pilates and dry needling has helped develop her expert interest in sports related injuries.

Grace uses a wide variety of treatment techniques including cupping therapy, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation, leaving no stone unturned in getting her clients the best outcomes.  Grace is highly experienced in helping many people from all walks of life, whether it’s the weekend warrior to high level athletes.

Having experienced numerous rolled ankle injuries through sport, Grace knows first hand what it takes to get back to doing the things we love (through hard work and rehab, she has even recently avoided surgery for her own grade 2 ACL tear!).

Her interests outside of work include swimming, running, CrossFit and walking her dog. Also, if you’re after a good sando recommendation Grace is your girl

Grace is currently the physiotherapist at the Griffiths Rehabilitation Hospital, and having also previously worked with Northern Demons Soccer Team and South Australian Amateur Football League Division 1 Unley Jets Football Club
