There are many causes for back pain disc/discogenic including prolonged postures with work or sports, bending and lifting, or even stress and anxiety.

Symptoms people often describe can range from difficulty bending and lifting, soreness after prolonged postures with sitting/gardening, sharp grabbing pain with quick unguarded twisting movements, and sometimes numbness and tingling in the hips and legs.
