Neck Pain Disc/Discogenic

Common Injuries we see

Most people with neck pain disc/discogenic have woken up and unable to turn their head

There are many causes for neck pain disc/discogenic including prolonged postures with work or sports, whiplash strain or injury, or even stress and anxiety.

Symptoms people often describe can range from difficulty turning/moving the neck, feeling of tightness in the shoulders when sitting/working, headaches/migraines, and sometimes numbness and tingling in the arms or shoulders.

It is estimated that 2 out of 3 people will experience neck pain in their lifetime, and with the head weighing roughly 5kg, it is not hard to see why.
